Identified -
We've identified an issue preventing some staff members (but not Admin level staff) from logging into Skio. We are working on a fix for this. In the meantime, it can be resolved by having an Admin member log into Skio > Account > Users and updating the permissions for each user to allow Access to each section of Skio. Google Cloud Platform is experiencing service disruptions and affecting analytics dashboards, causing them to fail to load for some stores. We're monitoring updates from Google and will provide updates here when possible.
