Postmark will be performing maintenance that will impact email notification performance for customers on February 17th, 2023 from 9pm EST until 11pm EST.

Email notifications might get queued for a short period of time during this maintenance window, and they will get processed as soon as Postmark is able complete their work. This applies to outbound email notifications such as billing reminder emails, as well as emails that contain login codes to access the customer portal.

Emails will send in the order they are queued once the maintenance is completed. If a customer receives a login code after the 3 minute login timer, please have them use the magic link to log in to their customer portal. Alternatively, you may also point them to the SMS login code that they should have received alongside the email.
